The legal framework that ensures a safe, secure, and professional environment for all Virtual Quantum Engine users.

By accessing the Virtual Quantum Engine or utilizing our cryptographic services, you agree to be bound by these professional terms. These terms govern the use of our virtualization software, SaaS platforms, and post-quantum security tools.

1. Permissible Use of the Engine

The Virtual Quantum Engine is provided for legitimate research, development, and enterprise encryption purposes. Prohibited activities include:

  • Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL).
  • Utilizing the engine to facilitate cyberattacks or develop malicious software.
  • Bypassing system controls to exceed virtualization limits without authorization.

2. User Custodianship & Keys

Under our Zero-Knowledge architecture, you are the sole custodian of your encryption keys and authentication credentials. Loss of keys results in permanent data loss. Virtual Quantum Engine cannot, under any circumstances, recover data encrypted by your sovereign keys.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All algorithms, engine architecture, codebases, and trademarked visuals (including the "Virtual Quantum Engine" name) remain the exclusive property of our organization. Users are granted a limited, revocable license for service utilization only.

4. Service Limitations & Liability

While we offer state-of-the-art PQC protection, the Virtual Quantum Engine is provided "as is." We do not guarantee absolute protection against theoretical future threats and are not liable for incidental damages resulting from hardware virtualization failures or user-side key mishandling.

5. Compliance & Termination

Failure to adhere to these professional standards or any attempt to compromise the integrity of the Virtual Quantum Engine will result in immediate termination of access and service agreements.
